The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, CPSO, recently released their deliberations on a motion hearing by three Ontario physicians. The three medical doctors have had their licences suspended for acting outside the recommendations of their regulatory college thus providing individualized care to their patients. This article provides an overview of the implications of the deliberations to the three doctors and the practice of medicine in general.
