Each of the Canadian provinces and territories had a Pandemic Emergency Response Plan in place prior to 2019. These plans were the result of much time and research by Canada’s experts in emergency response. Work is being done to analyze these plans and compare them to the current responses of our governments during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results may surprise you.
