Vitamin D and COVID-19

Multiple studies from around the world note that there is an inverse association between vitamin D levels and severity of COVID-19 disease.  In other words, those with more severe COVID-19 disease were more likely to have low vitamin D levels; and low vitamin D levels were associated with worse outcomes from COVID-19.
