What can I do to help prevent a SARS CoV-2 infection?

These recommendations apply to both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals because both are susceptible to infection and spreading the virus.

Here are the preventive or supportive recommendations of the Front Line Covid Critical Care (FLCCC) doctors who are treating COVID every day.

Vitamin D3 1,000–3,000 IU/day Vitamin C 500–1,000mg 2 x daily Quercetin 250mg/day Zinc 30–40mg/day (elemental zinc) Melatonin 6mg before bedtime (causes drowsiness)

If you are in a high-risk situation, which most of us aren’t, ivermectin could be added but this requires a doctor’s prescription. If you have previously had a COVID infection and now benefit from natural immunity, this step would not be necessary.

Topically, a nasal spray such as Betadine and a mouthwash would reduce the viral load. Here are the FLCCC’s mouthwash recommendations.

2 x daily – gargle (do not swallow) antiseptic mouthwash with cetylpyridinium chloride (e.g. ScopeTM, ActTM, CrestTM), 1% povidone/iodine solution (Betadine) or ListerineTM with essential oils.

These two additions will lower the viral load in your nasal and oral passages so that a COVID infection will be less severe for you and less likely to spread to others.

Staying healthy and protecting others are your responsibility. Do your best.
